Early bird discounts or promotions are only valid within the specified timeframes. We use secure third-party platforms for payment processing and do not store credit card information.

Cancellations & Refunds: All purchases, including event registrations and digital products, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by KSD Consultant Firm, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your registration. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement or client intake form for coaching or consulting services.

Intellectual Property:  All content on our site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and documents—is the property of KSD Consultant Firm and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
